I haven't seen anything yet that suggests it -- but remember the anthrax attacks in 2001 -- blamed in Saddam Hussein.

Humphrey, in that book you discussed virology and manufactured viruses -- something government scientists have warned about for a long time. This current "swine flu" to me looks rather suspicious. It is common for a virus to alter itself or for two strains to "merge" -- but for 5 strains, and from three different host sources/targets? This looks way too artificial for my tastes. Anyone asking these questions?
